The Steege Construction sales manager will visit your home or business to take a close look at your project and discuss your vision. He will be able to give you a ball park estimate on the cost of your project and discuss the process moving forward. Because every remodel is different, every timeline and procedure to set the project in motion will be unique to your project!
2. Design your space
After meeting with our Sales Manager, our interior design team will meet with you to help bring your vision to life. Serena Zwanziger will guide you and your project from start to finish. Her knowledge in building, designing, and selecting finishes will make the process seamless. She will meet with you in our showrooms but also make routine visits to your home or office to make sure the project is on track.
3. Let’s begin
Construction starts with demo of the existing space! Our team will demo anything necessary and then the needed sub contractors will move in and prep the space to begin rebuilding. We have quality relationships with subcontractors for every aspect of your project that will work with us to complete your project. The Steege Construction carpenters will then take over and bring your vision to life.
4. MOVE IN & WARRANTY
After the Steege Construction team puts the finishing touches on the project, and the contract is fulfilled by both parties, you can begin utilizing your newly remodeled space. Our overall goal is to keep your priorities in mind, and hope to one day be able to show your recently completed project to other prospective clients. We will officially welcome you to your new space!
