President
Owner Gavin Steege started Steege Construction back in 2005. After building homes with his father and brothers, Gavin decided to make the move from builder to General Contractor. The relationships that were made during his years as a builder have allowed the company to grow into the size it is today. While Gavin’s role has changed as the company has grown, he still plays an active role in each project, including supervising the Steege Construction team to ensure only the best product is being designed and built. Striving to maintain the custom new home approach has always been a priority, and the craftsmanship in both the residential and commercial projects speak for themselves. As an active dad of 5 youngsters, Gavin and his wife Kylie stay busy with weekends on the river, watching the Hawkeyes, and enjoying time spent entertaining in their Steege Construction built home.
